Version notes:
A4-standard-sheetErics8.5-11- This was first version of full bevels and holes proper for North America paper size
A4-standard-sheetErics8.5-11justholes- This is JUST holes and can be used for someone not wanting to bevel the edges
Letter-sized-shield-for-A4-frame-lasercut .75mm outward from centrebothsides- New version with bevels and holes spaced both sides 0.75mm outboard
Split versions added by Tekmason which can be produced on 3D printers that have smaller build plates
