Here in the MKME community we like to make a difference for people. Eric received notice that one of the  Kiva loans was repaid so the funds have been flipped back in for a farmer in Mexico this time. He’s using it for a bio gas recovery system to pasteurize his milk instead of propane fuel. We will continue to make a difference in the world whenever we can no matter how small.

NEW ROBOT CHASSIS! Let’s Make a Raspberry Pi Rover Platform

On Tuesday in the Lab we took a look at a new robot chassis that will be used for upcoming projects. The frame we are converting is a childs ride-on Power Wheels car with 6 volt battery system. The power system will be converted to a 12 volt system with various supplies for Raspberry Pi and Arduino devices.
